Craft

There is a really cool place here in Austin called Craft. It is a crafter’s dream. All of the art supplies you could dream of and more, are super organized in large studio. The best part? You get to have fun, be creative, make a mess but don’t have to clean it up after!! TheContinue reading “Craft”

Family BBQ

Having my sister around is a perfect excuse to get together with even more family! A first cousin, once removed and her husband live on the opposite end of Austin from us, and another first cousin twice removed recently moved here. Got that? No? Neither did I. Here’s a chart: Whatever their relation to us,Continue reading “Family BBQ”

My Sister is here!

We’ve kept in touch over zoom, google hangouts, text and phone calls, but it has been about a year and a half since we’ve seen each other. Whoa! Vintage Market Days

Over the weekend the hubby and I enjoyed an antiques and crafts show. I never thought I’d say this, but the show was poppin! There were lines to get in the door, a live band, food trucks, and crazy amounts of people! Who knew it would be the hottest place in town? I have toContinue reading “Vintage Market Days”

Instead of Mozzarella I used Burrata, which is almost like Mozzarella but creamier on the inside. I then drizzled some Balsamic Reduction on top and called it a day. WhenContinue reading “Tomatoe Recipe #2”

Tomato Recipe #1

Now that I’ve started harvesting my lovely tomatoes, I need to figure out what to do with them all before they go bad! Tonight I kept it simple, making spaghetti with tomato sauce. I chopped up about 4 tomatoes and tossed them in to a sauce pan with vegetable broth. I let that cook forContinue reading “Tomato Recipe #1”
