Ok, to be fair, this isn’t a recipe. It’s not complicated nor does it use a lot of ingredients. It’s basically just a Caprese salad.
Instead of Mozzarella I used Burrata, which is almost like Mozzarella but creamier on the inside. I then drizzled some Balsamic Reduction on top and called it a day.
When you have fresh ingredients, do you even need anything else? I say no. Just plain old good food fresh from the garden, you can’t go wrong. It was delicious!
