Stuffed Mushrooms

I am one lucky girl. I will be sitting on the couch with my husband when he starts furiously googling and then tells me he is going to cook me something. He usually asks if that is ok. Ummmm, yeah it is!

Last night he got inspired and decided to use the portobello mushrooms I had bought at the store. There were no complaints from me!

To be honest, I didn’t even take the pictures! He cooked the whole thing and took pictures of his process for me. Yup, I’ve got a keeper.

The recipe he used can be found here: I highly suggest trying it. It is baked with breadcrumbs and cheese, so it has the flavor and the crunch, but is still good for you. Yum!
