Michelin Style Food

The hubby and I enjoy binge watching Hells Kitchen and it has influenced us many times. From learning certain techniques to trying different meals. Recently we’ve made ratatouille and risotto. Well, the hubby is at it again!

He’s decided he wants to up his cooking game, especially since he wants to impress the in-laws ( my parents, and yes, he is a keeper 😉). He decided to try making a fancy lobster dish with beautiful plating. I’d say he accomplished it!

He made sautéed lobster tail on asparagus with a pea purée. And since he has a vegetarian to feed he used portobello mushrooms as my “protein.” It was deeeeeelicious and oh so pretty!
