Southern Living Magazine came out with a recipe that I simply couldn’t resist: Strawberry rosé cake. Yes I am supposed to be eating healthier, yes my hubby did give me the side-eye, haha, no it didn’t stop me!
It looked and sounded so delicious in the magazine I gave in to it. And you know what? Totally worth it!
Instead of using all-purpose flour, I used the almond flour that still hadn’t been opened ( see Blueberry Lemon Muffins) to try to clean out the pantry. Then once I was finished with the cake, I added sliced strawberries on top ( must be healthy, there’s fruit!).
I highly suggest trying this recipe! Oh yeah, and there might be some rosé left over to drink with it. 😉
