Body Soreness

You might say that feeling sore is a bad thing, but in this case I consider it to be positive. I’ve been continuing to follow the “Team Body Project” workout videos on YouTube, doing them approximately every other day. Most of the time I work up a sweat, but this video really made me work! I didn’t think anything of it at the time, but this morning it was hard for me to get out of bed! I ended up using my styrofoam roller ( there was a lot of cracking going on in my back) and now I’m currently using a heating pad.

If I pulled a muscle or did something I shouldn’t have, I would not appreciate this soreness, but I like to think that in this case, it is positive. It means I really pushed myself when I did the workout. Hurrah! I might take today off, but tomorrow I will be back at it again!
